胖人请进来!!

this is a guarantee-lose-weight-diet-plan “but must be followed exactly” to lose 101lbs (4.5kg) in 3 days.

day1:-
breakfast – Black tea/coffee, 1 grape fruit, 1 slice toast, 2 tsp peanut butter
lunch – Black tea/coffee, 4 oz tuna (in water), 1 slice toast
dinner — 1 slice cold meat (chicken,turkeY), 1 cup string/long beans, 4oz beet root,
4 oz ice-cream, 1 small apple

day2:-
breakfast – Black tea/coffee, 1 egg boiled.poached, 1 slice toast, 1/2 a mid size banana
lunch – Black tea/coffee, 4 oz cottage cheese, 5 tac/ritz biscuits
dinner — 2 chicken frankfurters, 4 oz broccoli, 2 oz carrots, 1/2 a mid size banana, 4 oz ice-cream

day3:-
breakfast — Black tea/coffee, 1 egg, hard boiled, 1 slice toast
lunch Black tea/coffee, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 5 tuc/ritz biscuits, 1 small apple
dinner4 oz tuna (in water), 4 oz beet root, 4 oz cauliflower, 1/2 melon (rock/honeydew), 4 oz ice-cream

This diet works on a chemical breakdown and is proven. do not vary or substitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper to be used and not other seasoning. Where no quantity is given, there are no restrictions other than common sense.
This diet is to be used for 3 days at a time. In the three days, you will lose 101lbs (4.5kg). after 3 days of dieting, you can eat normally. But remember not to overdo it.

You will lose up to 18kg in a month if u stick to it.

toast is to be dry – no butter or margarine; tuna, string beans and beetroot can be frozen.

Ice cream has to be vanilla. Black tea/coffee must be without sugar.

* 4 oz = 120g
* you must drink 5 x 8 fl oz of water each day.

after 1 day on diet, i lose 1 kg! xD how can lose 4.5kg in 3 days? its hard to believe le.
wuwuwuwu~ i wana eat 5 sok min now.. T_T wuwuuwu~
(4th day i go makan big meal, dai hoi sat gai~!!) kakakakaka.. gong siu jek.. >.<
